This valve allows to cut the water supply between two hoses. Its full opening negates almost all pressure loss. Its inlet and outlet couplings are conform to the norm NF S 61- 701 and work at PN25. Recognisable by their red anodisation, the GFR PN40 aluminium connections offer a considerable weight reduction compared to brass connections. The key-type handle can be operated up to 20 bar; a Tricoise, Sesame or Deschamps key must be used at 40 bar. These compact valves are designed for use at a nominal pressure of 16, 25 or 40 bar, depending on the model ( the nominal pressure of the valve is determined by the nominal pressure of the inlet and outlet connections ).
