Hose reels for intervention vehicles: enhanced strength and safety
Our DN40 hose reels for fire trucks are designed for the storage and/or supply of semi-rigid hoses ranging from 15 to 40 meters. Available in manual versions with handwheel or crank and locking latch, or in motorized versions, they offer great flexibility in use. The motorized model enables fast and secure winding (0.5 m/s) and includes an emergency crank.
Each motorized reel is equipped with a torque limiter to protect the motor. All controls (hydraulic supply, locking system, emergency device) are grouped on the same side, opposite the motor cable, for optimal ergonomics. Several options are available: custom width, Ø480 mm or Ø610 mm flanges, integrated hose guide, and more.
Hose guides for hose reels: adaptable to all configurations
Our hose guides make hose winding and unwinding easier, regardless of the installation type. They can be mounted on the floor, wall, or ceiling, and are compatible with all our fixed hose reels. Made of steel and aluminum alloy, they feature a raw surface treatment and polyester coating for enhanced durability.
Mobile Hose Reels: Agility and Efficiency in the Field
The POK mobile hose reel is designed to transport up to 200 meters of DN70 flexible hose. It is built on a sturdy frame with holding forks and locking hooks for secure vehicle mounting. Its large drawbar ensures easy maneuverability during towing.
It comes equipped with a reel brake, rolling brake, two solid wheels with rubber banding, and stabilizing feet for safe parking. Optional features include winding feet for easier handling in a horizontal position, and a divider support for better hose organization.
